Photography from an afternoon of student service. Half Moon Bay is just one of many environments where natural vegetation is jeopardized by invasive plant species. Not only does this push out the native plants, but it also supports less wild life, as few animals include them in their diets. Students were given an overview on the issue and how to recognize particularly damaging invasive species by California State Park Rangers.
