Richard E. Miller (1875 – 1943) was an American Impressionist painter and a member of the Giverny Colony of American Impressionists. Miller was primarily a figurative painter, known for his paintings of women in interiors or outdoor settings in relaxed poses.

The Pool, circa 1910, currently resides at the Terra Foundation for American Art.
